The agency did not want to help us students, they did not want to support us. They said it was not a managed property. When it came to getting our deposit back, it took four months of endless emails and being ignored.

We were communicating through the agency, which usually replied quickly, however not in consideration to the covid -19 pandemic, as they’re not responding. Usually they would arrange plumbers, electricians, painters etc to come without any notice or to inconvenient times, but otherwise they’re ok.
