Never responded to calls or emails and office manager Dominic ran away from the office when confronted in person! Unnecessarily took all the deposit at end of tenancy. Not even worth the one star, complete scam.

Poor. Didn't care and were clearly over-worked. Our property manager even acknowledged they were spread too thin. On Move-Out day, one of their workers mocked us for living in such a decrepit hole to the property owners. No professionalism or care.

The agency charges a lot of fees like reservation, and moving out. If anything needs to be fixed, you would have to do it yourself or the agency will charge you additional fees.
