Lightbox has been without heating and hot water for months. Noble/Jade couldn't care less and have notacted, in violation of the Landlords and Tenants Act 1985, and the Home (Fitness for Habitation) 2018.

These people are amoral criminals and you must avoid doing business with them at all costs.

Please note they are currently trying to evade accountability by doing business under the slightly different name of Noble Living Sheffield. Do not fall for itm

Had an incredibly frustrating experience with Noble City Living. Communication was consistently poor throughout the tenancy. Emails were rarely answered, and getting in touch with anyone who could actually resolve an issue felt impossible. You’re constantly passed between Jade, the maintenance team, and the Telford head office, with no one taking responsibility.

Even basic repairs took weeks to sort out — and only after chasing multiple times. The property looked decent at first but was poorly maintained underneath, with ongoing issues that were never fully addressed.

Unprofessional, unresponsive, and completely irresponsible.
Avoid if you value your comfort, safety, or time.

Again, stay away from both Noble and Jade Ata.
Do some research and go somewhere else.

It's not worth the hassle.
You'll be without basic enmities and also hot water and heating supplies.

The agent was unresponsive and unhelpful. Despite multiple attempts to raise concerns about serious issues like security, parcel theft, and maintenance (lift and door problems), they showed a lack of urgency and professionalism. Rather than resolving problems, they seemed more focused on issuing unjustified charges. Communication was slow, and accountability was practically non-existent.
