There were no extra fees. We had previously had a good experience with them, but this time our property manager was difficult to get in touch with. Messages never seemed to reach her, and when she replied to emails, the requests were never carried out.
There were no inspections the entire time we were there. They also booked viewings toward the end of our tenancy - and gave us notice - but didn't inspect the flat to check that it was suitable for viewing or renting.

Slow to respond to requests and not that happy to help. Then redacted £150 of our deposit apparently just for cleaning the cupboards in the kitchen.

Stonehouse were great at getting things done and the ladies we dealt with were lovely. However, when we moved out, they charged us cleaning fees, however meagre, citing areas of the flat which we knew were spotless.

Slow at dealing with pressing issues - took over a week to come out and stop a flood!
