They broke the boiler and released asbestos into the house and constantly disturbed us with building works on thier attached department. They tried to charge me £150 after I left because they "hoovered under the bed"

Initially he was very quick to respond to any issues that would need resolving in regards to the property. However he was very unreasonable when it came to the deposits and what he expected us to pay at the end of the tenancy.
