They broke the boiler and released asbestos into the house and constantly disturbed us with building works on thier attached department. They tried to charge me £150 after I left because they "hoovered under the bed"

Poor. Boiler remained broken for too long. I suppose when it's not you sleeping in a coat in -10 Celcius and you're getting your money from exuberantletting fees, why should you care?

Asbestos exposure was a health risk. They denied that any existed until Gwynedd council proved there was some. They released the asbestos by drilling into the wall
The boiler broke several times during the winter and again when they tried to rewire it to their upstairs flat and made it non-functional. They disturbed your studies with their building work on the upstairs apartment

Bangor is actually rather rough. The pier is kinda nice when they're not closing it to stop it falling down
