Landlord rating
Original landlord was pleasant and agreeable, easily contactable and always quick to respond to messages. After a change in circumstances the point of contact turned to the original landlords partner. They too were pleasant and in one minor leak incident arrived at the property themselves to inspect the issue at a moment's notice.

2 bedroom flat on the high street of a small town. With small bathroom and kitchen, as well as adequate living/dining area. Between two the property is more than sufficient and very fair in price.

Area rating
The area has good access to local amenities being in the centre of town, however the noise from locals and students on nights out would often disrupt even weekday nights sleep. Also suffered to cases of vandalism on my car parked in the area, and with little CCTV in the area, neither incident resulted in conviction.
