The location is nice enough as long as you don't mind the steep hill. It's out of town enough that it's fairly quiet and you're the only students on the terrace. There are nice views from the front of the house and the back of the house looks over the trees behind. It's easy to access bangor mountain and the golf course and it's also very close to the high street. The neighbours are lovely and have some beautiful friendly cats. The path behind the house is the route used by the drug dealers to get to Bangor mountain but they never really caused us an issue - just don't be surprised if you get home from lectures one day and there's a load of cops in stab vests on your road.

Very well located, in front of Asda in lower Bangor. Parking around the rear, these are the only positives about the property.

Noisy at times because of the bar around the corner -cove. Noisy when people walk past drunk at night. Very convenient place though for lectures.

The neighbourhood was reasonable, close to the shops and the university, with a supermarket next door. The only real issue was the frequent and terrible singing from the neighbouring property.

This is a detached house at the end of the high-street with alley ways down both sides. One alley way is locked off which is where our bikes were kept but 2 were stolen. It is a bit of a dodgy area especially weekends when people are often drunk outside the house. In terms of convenience it is very very good

The area is 'a bit dodgy' is how I would best describe it, litter constantly everywhere and strange characters. There is usually a space to park but my car gets takeaways thrown over it. Despite this, it is an ideal distance to town, supermarkets, nightclubs, takeaways, uni buildings, garage and others houses.

Caellepa is a great place to live. Very quiet, and just off the high street. The only problem is the hill!

Location, so close to town and pubs... but the road can be messy with a few odd people about.

House was close to all mainstream shops (Asda, Lidl etc) and about 5-10 minutes from the high street. It would only take us 5 minutes to walk to university buildings such as Brambell, Thoday and Memorial. The street could get very noisy at night, especially on Wednesdays, Fridays and Saturdays. Drunk students would bang on the lounge windows or front door at times. People would regularly use our recycling bins to throw their rubbish in too. The alleyway in between our house and the barbershop was usually filthy and attracted drunk people. However, we never really had an issue with the noise personally and we rarely went into the alleyway except when we were putting the bins out for collection.

The area has good access to local amenities being in the centre of town, however the noise from locals and students on nights out would often disrupt even weekday nights sleep. Also suffered to cases of vandalism on my car parked in the area, and with little CCTV in the area, neither incident resulted in conviction.
