Initially very good, quickly responding to any concerns or issues. However, he was very unreasonable with the prices he expected tenants to pay at the end of the tenancy.

They are quite responsive and helpful when contacted, either by email or on the phone, although I was regularly put through to the Caernarfon office when I rung up. They sometimes did not give adequate warning when they had scheduled a house viewing at the property.

It was a very large property, with nine bedrooms. There had been lots of improvements made to the property before my tenancy, such as a fully renovated kitchen, and modernised bathrooms. Some bedrooms had been renovated, although not all of them. The house is in a central location, close to the University and local shops/supermarkets. The house is on the main road, so is in a noisy location.
