Property was very nice with modernised bathrooms and kitchen. Majority of rooms were spacious.

It was a very large property, with nine bedrooms. There had been lots of improvements made to the property before my tenancy, such as a fully renovated kitchen, and modernised bathrooms. Some bedrooms had been renovated, although not all of them. The house is in a central location, close to the University and local shops/supermarkets. The house is on the main road, so is in a noisy location.
