Asbestos exposure was a health risk. They denied that any existed until Gwynedd council proved there was some. They released the asbestos by drilling into the wall
The boiler broke several times during the winter and again when they tried to rewire it to their upstairs flat and made it non-functional. They disturbed your studies with their building work on the upstairs apartment
