Landlord reviews for Mr Khan in Sheffield

Ok. Responded to most of the things we reported wrong fairly quickly, some things however he tried to ignore and had to pester for. Did a lot of work on the house after we moved in, however a lot should have been done years ago e.g. roof replacement, damp. Poor communication and held deposits right until the end of the 90 days he had to return them. But as far as student landlords go he’s not the worst.

Lazy, rude, selfish
Arranged to meet him on moving-in day but he drove off in his van just as we arrived
Held our deposits which is ILLEGAL, it was a fight to get them back
Did not want to listen to our issues
