Ok. Responded to most of the things we reported wrong fairly quickly, some things however he tried to ignore and had to pester for. Did a lot of work on the house after we moved in, however a lot should have been done…

Lazy, rude, selfish Arranged to meet him on moving-in day but he drove off in his van just as we arrived Held our deposits which is ILLEGAL, it was a fight to get them back Did not want to listen to our issues
