3 larger bedroom with sinks, 2 smaller attic rooms more modern. A fair bit of work was done to improve the property after we moved in after reporting issues. E.g. one sink leaked and soaked living room wall with mould; kitchen roof was replaced after huge leaks; bedroom window was repaired as wind and rain was blowing in; new bath, shower and sofas put in. Overall property is large and warm, but dark and dingy and not structurally sound.
