Absolutely awful. We had no maintenance completed during our year of tenancy. Our food would go mouldy if any air touched it and the house was constantly damp. It took threatening to contact the council to have a mould inspection performed. The recommendations from the inspection were not implemented and he refused to reply to requests from the letting agency who were the middle men. The back fence was completely fallen down and it took 2 months for it to be fixed and we believe it was the company we backed onto that actually fixed it.
