Landlord reviews for Noidea Bristol in Bristol

Don't know the landlords name, but we rented Flat 3, 288 Hotwell Road BS8 4NJ. Refused to repair anything. Had an issue with broken windows with rotting frames that apparently was ongoing for 4 years. The landlord shelled out to replace the rotten windows on the ground floor (as he is legally required to do), but never bothered with any of the uppers floors because he's cheap. Also, the front door to the building's catch was broken meaning that half the time the door wouldn't be shut properly. This has never been resolved, even after the building was broken into and another flat was robbed. Absolute crap show.
