all the windows are rotten, window panes are cracked. Door to the building does not work properly. Rent is extortionate for what you are getting, and expect to be ripped off when it comes to getting your deposit back. Also, because it is so close to the main road and the windows are single glazed, be prepared to hear anything and everything constantly throughout the day and night.
