Largely on the defensive side about any issues we had with the house. She likes to blame students for general wear and tear, including purposefully damaging the property when this did not happen. We've had about a 75% success rate in getting issues sorted but some of the time have had to sort things ourselves. She has sometimes not given notice that she will be entering the property.
