was extremely argumentative when issues were brought up, always blaming tenants and saying she had never had any complaints before. was extremely slow to repair issues, and when repairs were done they were so poor that they would almost immediately break. e.g. we went through 3 dryers during our tenancy and the front door was broken the entire time.
communication was very difficult as written and spoken english was poor and she contacted us at and after midnight regularly
our rooms were opened and entered without our expressed permission
she also submitted the deposit to a protection scheme months late, meaning our money was unprotected for several months.
felt from the outset that she was trying to get us to fix and maintain the property, we had to contact the council as we were concerned about harassment and her setting us up to pay a large unjustified sum from our deposit
