Emyr - in Bangor

The landlord was the worst part of our experience and she was the reason I moved out of the flat. She was rude and quite frankly incapable of doing the simplest things - re warning us about repairmen. She repeatedly failed to communicate with us and constantly blamed delays in repairs on the strangest things instead of just telling us that she forgot to schedule them. Numerous times she told us a repairmen had been in and had not been able to source a a part to fix something- however these were blatant lies as we were home at the times she told us someone was in and absolutely no one had come. Also once again this was after we told her not to issue keys and yet she continued to do so or at least lie and say she did when no one actually came. When we raised our concerns with her she was downright hostile.

I hardly ever saw the landlord and he was extremely difficult to contact. He would never reply to my texts and even though I messaged about it frequently never came to look at the broken central heating once.
