Landlord reviews for Unknown Brown in St Andrews

We never saw the landlord once. I have no idea who he is. All I know is that he is extremely absent and entirely neglects the property. Would rate 0 stars if possible.

Met the landlord once, where she wanted to look round the house. After a carbon monoxide leak from the oven, she refused to do anything about it, so the oven remains in the house. Any repairs needed to the house don’t seem to be fixed, with mould just painted over each year, and nothing done about damp.

We never saw him, didn't even know his first name. Presumably linked to the letting agent by family relation? Even the neighbours commented on how he never did anything to keep the house in better condition.
