Communication started out okay as we didn’t really have any major issues, as problems cropped up communication was poor and very slow. One of the hobs stopped working and he was notified and didn’t offer to replace or fix it. Now finished our tenancy he is making us pay for things he said he would rectify at the start of the tenancy which he failed to do. We are being charged for a new hoover when we’ve only tried to use the hoover once finding out it had poor suction from the start.

Very slow at communicating and unhelpful with any issues we have had with the house. Having not dealt with any issues he said he would prior to us moving in, he made it very difficult for us to get any help with the issues he had left us with. He is now trying to charge us for the previous tenants damages as he hadn’t dealt with them in the first place.
