Very slow at communicating and unhelpful with any issues we have had with the house. Having not dealt with any issues he said he would prior to us moving in, he made it very difficult for us to get any help with the issues he had left us with. He is now trying to charge us for the previous tenants damages as he hadn’t dealt with them in the first place.

The property we were assured would he cleaned and have the promised work done before moving in. This was not the case, not only was the house BARELY cleaned none of the promised work has been done. We were promised to have the gardens tended to and handed to us in an an acceptably tidy fashion prior to moving in. The garden has been a jungle all year and the landlord had promised on multiple occasions to tidy it and never did.
