Communication started out okay as we didn’t really have any major issues, as problems cropped up communication was poor and very slow. One of the hobs stopped working and he was notified and didn’t offer to replace or fix it. Now finished our tenancy he is making us pay for things he said he would rectify at the start of the tenancy which he failed to do. We are being charged for a new hoover when we’ve only tried to use the hoover once finding out it had poor suction from the start.

House was prone to mould and dampness throughout the year, we moved into the house with multiple holes in walls and ceiling throughout the house.
