Landlord reviews for David Brown in St Andrews

Saw the guy once. Thought he was a pretty friendly guy, until he screwed us over on move-out. Said he'd be happy to have us back next year, and then went behind our backs to advertise the place after several weeks of messing around with our move-in date. He didn't even offer to let us move in on his chosen date - after our correspondence with the letting agents, he had an angry phone call with them and just put it on the market.

Hadn’t been in the property for 8 years. Blamed us for negligence of property. Had no idea what the property even looked like. When we complained to him when he finally visited, he blamed us for the state of the outside of the property and the neighbourhood. Clearly biased against students with no idea what he was talking about. Avoided funding repairs where possible and didn’t give a damn, frankly.
