Loved the neighbours, the neighbourhood, no complaints ever. Was quiet, pleasant and lovely place to live if the house was properly maintained

A short walk to the university campus and a little longer to town. 30 seconds to the nearest convenience store.
Downstairs neighbour, Margaret, was very nice. The majority of local residents are students like ourselves. We rarely had any issues with noise, but there was a lot of rubbish left on the street at the end of term. The university does have steps in place to reduce this however.
