4 bedrooms in total. The house was very clean when we move in (Sept 2017). All the appliances and utilities worked fine throughout - never had a problem. My only issue was the slightly uncomfortable sofas, but we added cushions so all was fine.
Our rent was extremely good value for money (~£107/week w/ bills), although I think the price has gone up in recent years.

A short walk to the university campus and a little longer to town. 30 seconds to the nearest convenience store.
Downstairs neighbour, Margaret, was very nice. The majority of local residents are students like ourselves. We rarely had any issues with noise, but there was a lot of rubbish left on the street at the end of term. The university does have steps in place to reduce this however.
