Neighbourhood and local area reviews for renting in London

The area is great. The neighbours are OK. The walls are thin, so its normal to hear whats going on around.

Issues with drugs on the estate yet all neighbours seemed friendly enough, apart from the usual kids running around I had no issues

Quiet and pleasant. Free parking. Safe at night. There are shops close by and tube stations are a 15 min walk away.

Shops and station only 5-10 mins away from home. The building is exposed to the highway.

Due to the COVID-19 outbreak, we were not able to move into this property. All viewings had taken place via pre recorded videos by the occupying tenant.

The neighbourhood is fine, but the upstairs neighbours the worst I have ever encountered in London.

Nice area. Road can be noisy at times and often difficult to park a car. Close to amenities.

No problem with it. I didn’t have any problem with the neighborhood. They are not noisy.

5 min walk to shops good bus links and local to train station and schools
Parking good no restrictions

5 minutes to bus stops. Norwood junction is also nearby, 10 minute walk. Quiet neighbourhood, but streets needs some cleaning from time to time.
