The cul-de-sac was all purpose built student housing similar to ours which created a safe environment. There was large communal dumpsters which reduced unsightly rubbish outside each house, as well as 2 parking spaces allocated to each property without additional costs which was very useful. The nearby supermarkets were easily accessible. Crime in the area was relatively high and it was a lengthy walk to the town center uphill but generally a great place to live as a student.

Nottingham is a buzzing student town and the neighborhood was highly populated by students. Walking distance to Nottingham Trent City campus, supermarkets, restaurants and tram and bus stops. The area felt slightly intimidating at times as it is a high-crime area and not very well lit at night.

The area is usually quiet but do have the odd car speeding round the corner and kids on motorbikes shredding them up and down the road now and again

Neighbourhood is lovely, as are the neighbours. There are loads of parks, shops and great transport links. Short walk to the main high street nd 15 minutes away from the city centre.

★★☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆
Property is perfectly located for ease of access to Beeston centre and public transport links.

Can be noisy due to the proximity to the main road and tramline.

(Sorry - the location is better than this but I can't in good conscience give Aston Woolf even 2 stars overall)

Probably really nice if you like crack.

Seriously, at first it was ok, but the club at the end of the street was taken over by some crims and the area turned awful almost overnight.
