Neighbourhood and local area reviews for renting in Nottingham

Full of uni students but quite a rough area still. Residents there don’t usually speak to one another.

Nice mostly of the time - at times can be rude and take the mick with waiting times on repairs ect.

It’s a 2 way relationship and students and landlords are as bad as each other

Close to city centre and university. Sometimes can be quite noisy but easy access to shops and restaurants

Lenton is alright buses everywhere parks hospital tesco aldi lidl subway kebab shop .

University neighborhood, quite busy but expected. Neighbours are all students so quite loud at week-end, but again, expected

Very close to the vic centre and centre of town. On Mansfield road so there were some dodgy characters hanging about and some fights

Perfect area, loads of people around also very social, pub close, can’t really hear people next door or upstairs

Close to uni but it didn’t feel very safe, I saw frequent drug deals and homeless people around the flat. As much as they were not a threat to me it wasn’t very reassuring

It’s not too bad. Our neighbour is crazy, he bangs and makes a lot of noise at night but other then that it’s good

very safe however there are several cases of muggings and stabbings so you have to be careful
