Broomhill is great, plenty of shops and close to uni. Parking you need a permit but that is pretty standard for the city.

Lovely place to live - handy to get to the University and into town. Lots of independent shops and places to eat.

I really love living in Broomhall, in my opinion it is the best area of Sheffield to live in as a student, as it is close to the centre of town and uni, and is close to a number of shops (Aldi)

Lovely, lots of families, a pretty quiet and very clean neighbourhood. The house overlooks a nursery and the sports pitches so you can hear that but it's not too loud. Close to shops in Broomhill and on Barber Road. The gym is 1 minute walk away. 10-15 minute walk to the SU.

Nice area close to uni. Could have been better if it was closer to more shops, not just the coop which was expensive.

Student friendly, really close to bars/Tesco so cheap shop. A Hallam student area but not too far for Uni Of.

You're very close to your friends as Crooked is such a students area. There are lots of good shops just up the road and a pharmacy and some takeaways very close by.
