Fine neighbourhood. Easy access to city centre, local pubs etc. didn't stay in the flat long enough to really experience it.

Very pleasant and quiet suburdan area. Near a bus stop, short walk from supermarkets. It was quite far from the centre of St Andrews, but the price suitably reflects that.

Very close to shops and bus routes. Haywards Heath.

Building is poorly lit. Druggies would visit bin area..bulding gates always broken. Cycle locked outside was stolen. Landlord did not respond even once.

Standard crappy student area. Pretty close to the shops tho which makes it a little better.

Fairly close to the shops and universities, it was one of the only positive things about the property

On a noisy main road with a bus route, near selly Oak station, near post office and student area. Didn't always feel safe, on one occasion had to run home from the bus stop because of being chased and was warned the post office cashpoint nearby had been tampered with.

Neighbours were lovely, always willing to lend a hand when needed or stop for a chat. There’s an annual street party in summer and a facebook group to join.

The mosque across the road included a small shop that provided all the basics at good prices, and the staff were helpful and friendly. Parking during the mosque opening hours could get dicey though. At the other end of the street there’s a fab little café.

Downsides are that there’s a graveyard at the end of the road (which depending on your zombie preparedness levels could be offputting) and it’s about an hour’s walk to town.

Area is brilliant close to loads of amenities but can be loud due to the close proximity to the pubs and take away opposite. Current neighbour is a noisy and her so called friends threatened my 5 month old daughter. Current neighbour hasn't paid rent in months so no guarantee she will be hear when someone else moves in.
