Okay neighbourhood. You will find people speeding their cars at night. Always quad bikes speeding up and down Quinton road West and groups of teenager congregating outside the co op. Always police there to break up fights

Quiet neighbours. No issues. Next door are very sweet - they allow picking up parcels from Amazon if you are not in.

Loads of shops. But the area is not to my taste. At least fresh veg and fruits on your doorstep. We had the pleasure of viewing a few brawls

Lovely neighbourhood, great shops around, park just 7 min away. Enjoyed it very much.

Forest Hill high street is a 10-15 minute walk away. The area is getting trendier by the second aka prices are being inflated.

Pollution is very high around Lewisham, to the point where I have had an uncontrollable coughing fit, and I don't even have asthma.
Apart from that it is good for connections to Central London, but it is becoming a concrete jungle more and more.

I'm a SE Londoner so am used to the area and it's convenient living so close to the high street. The pollution is rising every year though and even though I don't have asthma I have had 2 uncontrollable coughing fits (which are quite scary when you can't stop coughing!) whilst being around there.

The address given on the contract was uncomplete. As I am an internation student, I did not realise that some parts were missing which made it impossible to actually go to the property.

The property is located with only a short walking distance to the main three streets of St. Andrews and is an even shorter distance from the botanic gardens and the lade braes walk, which are perfect for morning strolls. 6 Largo Road offers friendly neighbours and great surroundings on a quiet street.

Nice place in a nice town next to a brilliant convenience store. Midan World Foods is to be highly commended for its large collection of herbs and spices in 100g-500g bags. The single saving grace for this property. The staff are also very friendly :)
