Great neighborhood, but do yourself a favour and get a different house in this area. The parking however is awful on the small Welsh backroads and so it's perhaps better to have a bike or consider public transport.

Nice area, in the vicinity of numerous nice parks, including Victoria Park. Generally good atmosphere around.

Problem with cars being broken into along with rat infestation. My car was broken into and there was a rat problem in the entire neighbourhood

The neighbourhood is quiet and easy to access but parking can be difficult during term time.

Its alright but huge hill. People next door are quiet but friendly. Nice colourful street but you can definitely get a house closer to town for a similar price. Bus stop right outside the house.

Cant' comment too much as spent a lot of time away from the neighbourhood so wouldnt be fair
