Area is ok but some parts of Bramley are a little rough. Nice park and access to leeds

Flat is is a warehouse conversion close to Belvoir Street, so it is quite accessible to anything in central Leicester. That said, the outside noise does spill inside, particularly on weekends. Noise from ASBOs and police were frequently heard and the street itself is not very well lit, which could be an issue for safety reasons. Neigbhour had a break-in and lost valuable goods

Neighbours can be quite noisy on warmer days but overall nice. Zero antisocial behaviour, clean streets, quite pleasant!

The local area was your average neighbourhood. Those that we spoke to were friendly but we didn't talk to lots of people on the street.

Close to UEA and aldi but not much else. Police came out once to deal with someone threatening next-door neighbours.

The area was nice and peaceful - an overground literally right across the road. The high street was 10 mins walk and lots of lovely bars and cafes. Lots of bus links. The only closest supermarkets were tesco express and sainsbury local.
Although the area is nice I’m sorry but it’s just not worth staying at this place and to deal with this dodgy man.

Quite neighbourhood with a mixture of students and residents. 3 minute walk to Gregory Street tram stop, close to several bus stops (including bus to EMA). 15/20 minute walk from University Park and Jubilee campuses (University of Nottingham). 10 minute walk to Tesco express, pubs, local shops etc.

The neighborhood is very calm and quiet. Close by you have Subway, KFC, Home Bargains, COOP, massive Tesco. The big minus for me was the distance from the City Center which took me 30 mins by bus however the buses are very frequent and there are tram links as well. There is Beestom Center which consists of small cafes, some charity stores and markets.

Nice local area in the quiet back streets between Cowley and Iffley Road. Neighbours are a mix with lovely young families. A church has set up next door in the old school which should become a nice hub.

The neighbourhood is nice and residential, however it is not in the centre of town and the rent was very expensive for a house in this area.
