A lot of threats made to take me to court over false allegations and false claims of damages and stolen property; she demanded k pay her a measly 50 pounds or fear the wrath of small claims with a threat to ask for cleaning costs and additional damage costs. Place was left pristine with full deposit returned. Psychopathic nature in terms of using power of landlord to purposely hurt and extort money.

Mold in the converted balcony , landlord Naomi Shepherd N partner Grant Mitchell did not disclose the damp issues prior to moving in, denied issue exists and tried to pin blame on me even though structural issue exists in relation to damp seeping in from outside at 18 Beattie Avenue. They are selling the place without informing buyer of mold and damp as survey didn't pick it up due to clean state prior to inspection
