He was truly dreadful to have to deal with, I was quite young and naïve at the time but looking back he was predatory and illegal in his handing of the property.

1. Would turn up unannounced for inspections and spend hours waffling on about filtered water.
2. Cranked up the rent 150 pounds while the property market was dropping in Aberdeen, tried to say he was doing me a favour by doing it slow but he was just trying to extract as much cash as he could out of me.
3. Made up a load of rubbish on the deposit form to keep my whole deposit, just used it as a chance to fix all the things that were wrong before i even got in the flat.

The property was nice, it was a good size, landlord had left some old fashioned ornaments and things which got in the way a little.
