Safe and close to supermarket. You are able access buses easily.

During my departure fron the flat, the handover of keys and deposit was smooth. 8 had few posts that woupd come over even after my stay. Mr. Kjartan was happy to offer assistance with it.

Safe area that is close to the university of Aberdeen, ocean, and a number of grocery stores.

Relatively quiet. Everything about a 10 minute walk away.

The area is somewhat nice but should not reflect in the rent price. it's about a 30min walk from town.

Close to the beach, supermarket and town but feels very unsafe. In the time spent at this address, the street saw a murder and several drug busts. The windows were not thick enough to muffle the intoxicated people yelling on the street at all hours.

Great area to stay in close to the beach and shops not too long a walk into the centre either and quiet a nights.

Lovely area and good neighbours. Shops nearby and so many bus routes. Plenty of parking too!

Good area, close to a lot of amenities and shops near kittybrewster and ARI. Neighborhood is good
