Landlord rating
The landlady was so skint, she couldn't care less about us. She stopped answering our calls and did nothing about our problems. She became a sore loser when we told her we wanted to leave the property. She charged us for cleaning, even though it was cleaner than when we moved in. She waited until the last day available to respond to our proposal for the deposit (on purpose obviously), so we don't receive our money. It's been almost 2 months since we moved out. The rent was way too high for this crap hole.

Property rating
The whole property and building smell like mold. My clothes still reek. It's so poorly isolated you can feel the wind. Trying to heat it is pointless. The electricity bills are very expensive.The bathroom floor is laminate flooring and has raised as a result of the splashes. The walls smell like mold. My partner had difficulties breathing at night.

Area rating
The area is fine, plenty of bus stops and shops available. Some of the neighbors were fine, others were junkies. Not very safe to live in the building. Front door didn't even close properly so everyone could come in.
