Neighbourhood and local area reviews for renting in United Kingdom

The neighbourhood was ok more or less except for the next door neighbours on one side, for whatever reason unbeknownst to us they always had some sort of problem. Funny thing is they were caught on CCTV so many others could plainly see that they were just trying to stir up trouble. Pretty much across the road from a few shops a GP and the hospital. But you must own a car or at least have access to one to go further afield.

Bike got stolen within 24 hours of it being outside. There was an attempted break in to the vacant house.

It is a really good area of Dundee. Right in town but a quiet street so there isn't a lot of road noise.

Transport was good with buses and near university, neighbourhood was very family bases, but honestly it could have been the nicest neighbourhood ever and it still wouldn’t be worth putting up with the house or landlord.

Great area. Easy for public transport. Quiet but near to vibrant city centre. More wildlife around than in the centre as it is on a hill. Those with mobility issues could struggle to walk to it from the station but there is a bus.

I really appreciated being in this part of town during the lockdown as I was surrounded by nature and really friendly people when we were allowed to go out.

Near lidl, pets at home, hoobycraft etc. Able to walk in to main town center. Buses nearby. But does not make the house loud.

Excellent neighborhood full or restaurants and supermarkets. Pretty clean too which nice people and places. Andy's Taverna is great and you should definitely check it out.

We been there for 2 year on second floor. Nothing to say about neighbours. Nice area.
