The area is nice, about a 10 minute walk to Edge Hill University and about the same distance to the local town. Right next door to a laundrette and local shop and butchers and about a 3 minute walk from a local co op.

Live in another unit, if you think £600 is sensible to be charged for living in the poverty safari for middle class kids that is Fountayne Road. Loads of very nice people live on the road.

Leather Lane is very noisy, with noise disturbances lasting well past midnight, yet it has one of London's best food markets; incredible quality for great prices. Hatton Garden is the premier place for jewellery shopping, and Clerkenwell itself is a beautiful area perfect for quiet strolls. It is very well connected. Soho and Shoreditch are 20 minutes walk away, and the area is serviced by Chancery Lane and Farringdon stations, allowing you to get to cities on the Thameslink line, such as Brighton or Cambridge, with relative ease.

It is a bit loud and in an expensive area. Otherwise good location. It is relatively quiet, but you will hear someone swear or playing music.

It's right next to uni and that's good. Bad rating in here is to compensate how bad of a landlord he is.

Nothing bad to say about Beeston and it's a very nice town with all you could need...

Very quiet family area, but well connected to beeston and town. Perfect location for young family. Neighbours are lovely as well.

The house neighbour constantly smokes weed, our enitire house reeks because of the neighbours. Boring but quiet, rather close to shops and some bus stops or tram, but nothing really good there.

Neighbourhood is terrible. Drug deals taking place in the alleyway directly adjacent to the property and because the wall to the "garden" was so low you were always made to feel like you were intruding. Once even had somebody tell me to "f**k off" while having a cigarette in my own garden. The past two years (2019 and 2018) people had set fireworks off at people down the street. Definitely the nasiest part of Shelton!

Shelton is dangerous, on the street they found the remains of a cremated woman once. There have been stabbings, robbery, sexual assaults and everything. During the day it's mostly fine as it's busy, but during the night it's honestly very dangerous. The streets are littered with rubbish, overflowing bins and RATS - yes RATS. Drug crime is rampant, people liked to deal down the alley way of our back garden and stare at you when they did it. Numerous student houses were broken into, and one point a hammer attack on the Staffs Uni campus.
