Landlord rating
The landlord was not so responsive to queries during my initial days. She also lives far away from the property. The speed of her responses and attitude was inferior. She hired a person named Nav from Clear Property Service during check-in and check-out. Nav was very intimidating and tried to charge me for numerous things, and I had to sort them out with a lot of argument and reasoning. She charged me for numerous things that are banned by the UK government now.

Property rating
The property uses very old, inefficient, and almost broken storage heaters. The insulation is poor; in fact, a friend suggested filing a complaint at the council. The installed security system does not work. The walls and roof are not soundproofed.

Area rating
There is a massive council or cheaper type housing between the property and the main road. One path that connects the main road to the property is through that. At night, groups of young/teenagers smoke and drink; gave me a chilling feeling on numerous occasions when I passed by.
