Landlord runs the property meaning things get fixed quickly. However, he comes to inspect the property once a week without giving any notice and does not knock upon entering. He rarely gives the legal 24 hours notice when he or a handyman enter the property and bedrooms (which is very often) and when people have complained about this he does not apologise and gets defensive. Sometimes he gives notice about someone going in to bedrooms on a certain day and the person in fact goes in a week later meaning you could be asleep or have left dirty clothes or valuables in open sight. Tenants have been walked in on in their own bedrooms whilst sleeping and indecent multiple times and things have been stolen from unlocked bedrooms. And when asked for locks on doors due to these problems he refuses. If you do not mind random men walking in on you whilst naked or on the toilet then this is the place for you.

5 bed detached house with garage, spacious parking and garden and in a lovely quiet neighbourhood. The property is well maintained however the walls are very thin and floors very creaky so not ideal for sharing with 4 other people, particularly if you're not a heavy sleeper. Beware, no locks on bedroom doors.
