I had an unfortunate experience with John Price. He consistently bullied me to forfeit my deposit, making unfair demands and increasing costs without providing substantial evidence. His approach was stressful and unreasonable. For those dealing with similar issues, I strongly recommend bypassing any direct disputes and proceeding straight to the DPS resolution service. They provided a fair and objective resolution, allowing me to recover nearly all of my deposit
