Landlord rating
Various promises for repairs, that were never carried out. Broken fridge I replaced at my own expense. Broken cooker took 6 months. Had to use neighbours toilet for 3 months awaiting repair. Landlord is aggressive when you point out issues. Her son is violent. Never returns your deposit.

Static caravan with no heating or hot water. Coin meter for electricity set at approximately 3 times typical rate. Poor wiring. Broken windows with condensation between panes of glass on double glazing. No internal doors. Black mould forming in every room. Repairs never carried out.
