I never ever saw a more greedy person like Victoria Foley - who in fact with her griddness and anger is killing her property. She never invested a penny into improving the flat considering her tenants are the pigs. Very bad person.

Property rating

Quality of the rented property was below any human standards.- The ceiling had a huge hole. - The cooker was in a dangerous condition. The Landlord was informed on this, but never reverted with a cooker replacement.- The bedroom and kitchen windows’ wood are swollen and stuck the windows into an immobile position. - Lack of ventilation caused the growing mould. - On our check in the premises were dirty, a lot of rubbish under the bed and fridge. - The bed was destroyed; the mattress and curtains were covered by mould.- the energy cost appeared twice higher compared to the promised EPC.
