The landlady appeared nice at first but upon moving out she refused to give us our deposit and tried to get over £1000 from us.
In the end we went through the courts and she was not technically allowed even 10% of what she requested. Stupidly I offered money for a stain on the carpets which the courts said was basic wear and tear.
I was then told by the neighbour that she regularly does this to tenants and tries to keep all of the deposit.

Awful service. So unsupportive and unresponsive.
Did not reply to emails effectively and when we took the landlady to court over our deposit did not provide information adequately.
