Neighbourhood and local area reviews for renting in United Kingdom

Our neighbour was arrested for possession of weapons / bomb scare.
The street is generally quiet but there are some odd people around at night, prostitutes ect

All gated off so very protected.. camera everywhere also so feel safe. Close to the uni so surrounded by students which creates safe environment and community feel.

Typical student area, sometimes a bit loud, close to a shop but on a Main Street. Crime rate are high

Very close to NTU! The tram stop is close by and also the bus stop is about a 5-10 minutes walk! Victoria centre is close by.

The local is not the best! Very noisey and messy.

A lot of riff raff in the street! Local residents dont make an effort to keep street clean. Rubbish over flowing, foreigners often blast music in the streets and drink #weird

The area is a little noisy due to being on the tram track but it’s very central, and is close to multiple shops.

Hyson green is a bit dodgy but the area us well policed and is clean and tidy apart from after bin day

Forest Rec is merely a few minutes away. Tram stop is around the corner so all areas of city centre, Clifton and West Bridgeford are accessible!

The neighbourhood is great
I feel very safe and my neighbours are really nice
The streets could be cleaner

Good area really near to town, good for first years as not too far from uni either!! :)
