Close to a small village full of shops and everything you’d need. Also has a huge park and library. Multiple coffee shops for studying. Close to supermarkets and fast food places too. Can take bus or tram for a short walk.

It 1 minute walk to the bus stations and you can go walking to the city centre. Also train station is 10 mins walk.
