Not very safe or secure, people wonder through our gates as a short cut to forest rec area

The tenant is from this area so whilst the area does have issues with antisocial behaviour, littering, flytipping, drug dealing and other common complaints about terraced streets in the centre of small market towns, the area is not the reason for the poor review.

Local amenities are OK, neighbours are alright and quiet although they keep a key to the property. Close to Dean st and the university.

Noisy area, but as quite high up you cannot really hear the traffic. Neighbours were friendly.

Taverham itself is great, couple of pubs and easy access to Marriotts way. Neighbours are excellent

Nothing special or bad about the neighborhood. Has a few shops nearby and not far from town.

Town centre, windows goes inside garden. Close to shops and schools and bus stops.....

Transport is handy and close-by as well as the local Aldi. No issues apart from lack of parking. Friendly neighbours. One incident of ASB but was a rare occasion.

Hampton hill great area, got to know a lot of locals.
Beautiful scenery.
An amazing place to live, lots coffee shops too.
