15 minute walk to uni
15 minute walk to city centre so really convenient
Loads of little shops to grab something that you forgot to buy

Really close to 34?35,36 bus, next to sainsburys and Tesco like 2 min walk. It's about a 30 min walk to uni or the bus

Very close to the Victoria Center. Close walk to all the restaurants, shops and clubs.

Very close to uni which is great. Lots of students on the road. Nice community. Some times get some odd characters.

Transport links good and close to local shops. Really nice area and road with students on.

Excellent location, 3 minute walk from NTU City Campus, SU, Gooseberry Bush etc. Would highly recommend.

Full of uni students but quite a rough area still. Residents there don’t usually speak to one another.

Nice mostly of the time - at times can be rude and take the mick with waiting times on repairs ect.

It’s a 2 way relationship and students and landlords are as bad as each other

Lots of food shops, average typical student area. Long hill which is effort to walk up.
