Lively area, lots of things to do and overall seems very safe. There are also shops very close by

Local area is pleasant and mostly students, not necessarily the safest and night but okay as long as you're not alone

Handy with Tesco and tram really close. 20 minute walk to class. Ocean people are very noisy at 4am and often pre I’m courtyard (don’t really care as long as it doesn’t affect my sleep). Not soundproofed but used to that in cheap places. People upstairs are very stompy this year and have woken me up but that’s just luck of the draw as last year was fine.

Busy local area of students from two universities. Lots of shops and parks and town nearby

Tram car train walking links are all good. Local area is nice as it is in centre of town close to uni

No issues, parties on occasion, friendly and occasion socialised elderly couple next to us, and also had no issues with the noise levels

Not very safe or secure, people wonder through our gates as a short cut to forest rec area

The tenant is from this area so whilst the area does have issues with antisocial behaviour, littering, flytipping, drug dealing and other common complaints about terraced streets in the centre of small market towns, the area is not the reason for the poor review.

Local amenities are OK, neighbours are alright and quiet although they keep a key to the property. Close to Dean st and the university.

Noisy area, but as quite high up you cannot really hear the traffic. Neighbours were friendly.
