Loud at night but a nice community feel. Lots of students living around us which made you feel safer.

5 minutes to bus stops. Norwood junction is also nearby, 10 minute walk. Quiet neighbourhood, but streets needs some cleaning from time to time.

Despite this being in the town centre, it is quiet at night after shops close. Beware though, there is a 24 hour gym opposite the flat - there entry alert sound is always on and it sounds like a microwave everyone someone enters!
Also, members park in your allocated parking spot.
I had my car stolen here and witnessed a female being violated by a group of men, drugs sales, and other illegal activity.
No police investigation was ever taken seriously and the landlord said this was a civil matter

Messy and untidy area, fly tipping around. Cars park at the side of the road which is a nightmare when getting in/out the back parking. Dogs next door kept outside leaving a bad smell.

The neighbourhood is good. Vibrant but cosy at the same time. Rarely have any trouble around here.

The property is located next to a park which is quite pleasant. The nearest shop is a 10 minute walk away which is slightly inconvenient. The nearest train station is a 20 minute walk away, but there are frequent busses. There's not a great deal to do in Lewisham, apart from a large shopping mall which is handy.

Local area is fine. Provides reasonable access to other parts of London vis bus or train.

Brighton is great, Preston Park is a lovely place to live. Lots of things to and great transport.

Lovely area, so much to do and see.Old street is going through a massive regeneration atm.

Bus links good. Neighbours are toxic. It’s a large house separated into flats. Upstairs are unbearably loud and rude at times, literally have had to leave the house for walks to avoid a banging headache. Some neighbours are fine but there’s a family always shouting and some of them like to poke about and be nosy. One of the older women was shouting at me through the window for who knows what. Stuffy neighbours have complained about smoking and blamed us (we are some of the youngest occupants) but we know who it is and that it isn’t us so it becomes rather tiring to be accused of things. One neighbour shouted at us for some litter - which wasn’t even ours. Why would I litter on my own property 😂
